JOB VACANCIES

Senior Recruitment Specialist


🔧 Responsibilities:


Liaise with Clients and Client Onboarding team to create ideal candidate job descriptions.

Utilise recruitment consultants and internal hiring mechanisms to attract, source, qualify, and shortlist candidates.

Work with the Talent Mentor team to effectively onboard talent and ensure swift performance from new team members.

Ensure all documentation and information is available and fully up to date in the CRM.

Work with the Operations team to manage day-to-day HR concerns.

Ensure SOPs for all tasks related to recruitment and HR are documented and maintained.


📋  Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Certification in Recruitment or HR practices (e.g., Certified Recruitment Professional, Talent Acquisition Certification).

Experience working with international clients, particularly Australian or other Western clients.

Previous experience managing or mentoring junior recruitment staff.

Expertise in leveraging social media and digital platforms for candidate sourcing.

Proficiency in data-driven recruitment strategies, including metrics and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness.

Strong understanding of the Philippine talent market and industry trends.
